Situated at Plakakia in Makrygialos, it belongs chronologically to the Postminoan era. (1500 - 1450 B.C.)
A rural villa which, despite its small dimensions, is of great significance, not only because of the findings unearthed, but especially for its architecture, which is similar to the architecture of the Minoan palaces. It was probably destroyed by fire.
